Wow! What a great experience with Elite Senior Home Care. Turnkey, from first contact with their customer service person and sales person, Joy Levin (totally warm, haimisha, smart and intuitive woman) to the wonderful aids they provided my parents. We gave relatively detailed descriptions of what we were looking for in an aid for our parents and they nailed it each and every time. We've had the pleasure of working with Arletty for the last several months and I can honestly say that she is a true joy to have in our home. She is always punctual (even in our challenging traffic environment), does her job effectively and treats my husband with respect and dignity. He is responding well under her care, and I feel confident leaving the house to run errands while she is with him. Arletty has a great personality, and we have at least one good laugh per shift. That's saying a lot!

The team at Elite Senior Home Care has been a pleasure to work with. They are available 24/7 by text, and easily reachable by phone. They are flexible with my dad's changing needs, and very responsive to our questions and concerns. We have had many different aides through this company, and most of them have been truly wonderful. We cannot say enough terrific things about the care Alona provides through Elite Senior Home Care. My 91 year old mother recently moved to Florida after living in the same apartment in Brooklyn for 67 years.
