Esta compañia me dijo que estaria firmando un contraro de un año y al final cuando fui a cancelar mi servicio me dijeron que no podia parque era de 5 años mi contrato, Los llame y les explique que no era asi pero no me ayudaron, entonces empece a indagar y parece que es una practica que suelen hacer, miren los reviews y veran, los positivos que tienen deben ser de amigos o familiars parque verdaderamene son unos manipuladores.

You end up signing a manipulated contract that fails to clearly specify the duration of the agreement—that detail is practically hidden and invisible. Then, when the time comes to cancel, you discover this fact, and they try to charge you a massive fee. I thought I was the only one, but after checking customer reviews, I realized this is a standard practice of theirs. See for yourselves; this company should be reported and shut down.
My experience with Elite ecure Alarm has been very disappointing and lacking transparency. When I lease my property about a year and a half ago, the previous owner strongly insisted that I install this alarm system. Because of that pressure, I agreed, but I do not recall ever accepting a long-term contract. They lure customers in with friendly talk, then bury critical terms and conditions deep in the paperwork—clearly designed to create confusion and trap you after the fact.
