Absolutely horrible experience. I went in for highlights and left with the bottom of my hair orange in places!The stylist attempted to fix it and made it worse. She obviously does not know what she is doing because her solution was to cut it off!!! She and the owner then proceeded to blame me for her mistake. Thankfully I had someone who could fix it but her mistake cost me $250!
The staff is very professional and caring. My massage therapist, Ash, is very professional. He is outstanding in his field.
Paris did my highlights and did an awesome job! She also gave my girls their first haircut! She did exactly as I asked, and was incredibly sweet and professional the entire time. I will definitely be back to see her soon.

I love everyone at Elite! Shelby and Paris do amazing work. My daughter and I both go here for our hair and now our skin care.
I had a massage and haircut this past weekend. My massage with Gabby (hope spelled right) was so relaxing and had me wanting to sleep afterwards. Then, I had a hair cut with Paris which made my hair look and feel so much better and healthier. Both appointments were perfect and just what I needed. Thanks!

I enjoyed the rejuvenation package including the body treatment, Swedish massage and European facial. Magnificent service!!!
I have been here twice now and it is amazing. I always get a spa package that is a massage, facial and either a mud bath or pedicure. The people are so friendly and easily relatable. I had Paris and Angel and they are so sweet and will hold a conversation which to me is a huge bonus! I hate sitting in silence while they work! They do a great job no matter who you get! They offer drinks including mimosas! Even while you wait the people ask if you need anything and the environment is amazing! I will be coming back!
