I'm not sure where to start this review. Was skeptical at first due to all of the great reviews. Figured they had to be better than the RV Dealer. The reviews are right. This company is one of the few that actually do what they say they are going to do, when they are going to it, for what they said it was going to cost. They are amazing, I have never recommended an RV Repair Company, however, I would recommend Elite RV they did an amazing job with our 5th wheel. Thank you again Elite for all that you did.
Amazing. One of the best companies I have every worked with. Honest and direct people who do good work. That's hard to come by these days!
After we had the unfortunate experience or backing into a tree limb and damaging the roof of our trailer, I did a lot of research to find a really good company that did excellent work and also had a very good reputation for customer service. This business was great staff was informative of roof sealing options. Had my motor home roof sealed and loved the 7 year warranty. The shop kept me informed and location was great easy access for my size Rv.
We had a blow out in our RV Class C. It messed up the step and fender pretty bad. We took it to Elite RV and they fixed us up perfectly! When I came in, and told them what happened, they filed the claim for me. Brandon communicated with me a lot so I always knew what was going on with my RV. These guys are FANTASTIC. PERIOD. Too bad I can only give them 5 stars, they deserve more! I've been a full time RVer for the last 5 years. So, you can imagine just how many "less than satisfactory" experiences I've had with others throughout those 5 years. NOT the case with Elite RV! I wish they offered more services than they do now.
