Matt with Elite Roofing Solutions was great to work with and their crew did an amazing job replacing our roof. Matt worked directly with our insurer to get the roof replaced, rather than repaired, and kept us informed every step of the way. Despite insurance and weather, they got the roof done on time and were great with cleaning the area and leaving it looking good as new. I strongly recommend giving Matt and his team a call if you need work done.
Very professional and quick to help when we needed a roof replacement. They helped with the insurance company for over 5 months to make sure we got as much covered as possible. It took 3x visits and multiple appraisals but Matt and his team were there to help every step of the way! Highly recommend if you need a quick repair or full replacement! They did a fantastic job on helping with insurance and the install!
After the July 4th floods I found a large whole in my roof from all the rainfall. I called Elite Roofing Solutions and spoke to Matt who came out the next day. He completed a roof inspection and answered any and the thousand questions I had. As a first time homeowner I needed help understanding all the processes from inspection to insurance to the roof replacement. Matt went out of his way to help me navigate that path.
