This company is a complete nightmare. Extremely unprofessional. Elite Roofing has not completed the job. I can literally raise the shingles with one hand on my fireplace. I requested Elite to come out and inspect the roof as promised....I called to speak with the owner on March 6, 2015 to please come out and discuss the matter at hand. His contractor took pictures and took them back to the office. I requested he call me, fix the shingles on the fireplace, provide me with the warranty for the roof, and I would pay him. .. Never use this company!!! I paid nearly $15,000 for a new roof, siding with paint and tree trimming. I now have three holes in my ceiling from the workers that was never properly fixed and tree sap from the one and only tree branch that was cut. The tree is now dripping sap that is destroying my trucks paint. I tried to talk to Evan E. and Erika G. and all they wanted was more money. The nerve. Who is going to finish trimming the trees, fixing my ceiling and paint my brand new truck? They send mail for money but wont return ... read more

I would NOT recommend Elite Roofing Solutions because of the way the owner treated me during the contracting, delivery, and post delivery process. It was extremely challenging to get him to follow up on what was contracted so the work took much longer than estimated. I even had to spend my time negotiating my own deal with the contractor's suppliers and also educating the owner and his representatives on the proper process to install some of the GAF products that they apparently had no previous experience installing.
