I called them to fix a small leak in the roof. Mike contacted me, sent his guy out to check it out. They gave me a quote. After the cold weather season and rain passed, they contacted me again, and were ready to go- but hard time fell on me and I couldn't spend any money- on anything. Mike understood, and didn't charge me for material he had purchased specifically for my job. Thanks Mike, seriously.

As a retired law enforcement officer from this area, I am very hesitant to give reviews unless they are truly deserving. After such a pleasant experience and superb customer service, I would definitely recommend Elite Roofing. When my roof first developed a leak and I was on vacation 3 hours away, I called them and they made it a priority to come out to inspect, locate, and seal the leak. NO RESPONSE. I have called several times for an appointment and actually provided my name and number to an office staff member (on each call I made) that was to pass it on to another staff member to call me back. This went on for a couple a weeks and have yet to get a call back to schedule an appointment. Moving on to another business.
