Fantastic work and timely response on our project.
Elite Roofing & Exteriors I know its only been two years , but I haven't had any problems. They were also very reasonable. They also did a neighbors home at the same time and they haven't had any problems either.
We were referred to Elite Roofing by our insurance agent (maintains a list of recommended roofing companies) after we discovered it was leaking around some of the attic fans. Steve met with me the next day and provided an estimate within the week. Work was started and completed in a timely manner, and Steve even took before and after pictures of some of the damaged areas for us to view. Only suggestion/comment is that it was difficult to get a hold of him at times. Grade: B
This contractor has absolutely NO INTEGRETY. He asked me to sign an agreement, which i did . . . he didn't (my mistake). He arranged for and I had all of the materials bought, delivered and ready for installation as we agreed. Steve backed out of the project with less than 12 hours before he promised to begin. My experience leaves me no room but recommend that this company be avoided.
