This rating is for the company and the partnership they have with GAF. We are extremely disappointed and extremely unhappy. We have spoke to Julio, Vincent and GAF representatives, and even filed a claim. We had a new roof put on by Elite Roofing and worked with Vincent Vasquez (owner) throughout the project. Now after the recent blowing rain we found water leaking into an interior room. I called the company number and was assured that Vincent would call me back shortly. He did not. I called the number again and it is no longer in service. Then I called the numbers I had for him and they were all disconnected. Then I called the website number and only get voicemail. My message was not returned.
