We have been waiting 6 months for a response. They were using "their attorney" to work with our insurance company (USAA) for an amendment to our roof repair check. We have called and emailed both the local and home office for an update and have had one response stating, "we are waiting for a response from you insurance". When we inquired what had been done by their attorney, we were told not to contact our insurance company or all efforts would have been for nothing! We have now contacted our own attorney for assistance...

There are simply not enough stars to rate this company, they would definitely rate at least 7. Their service was excellent, Tyler Boyer was my sales rep and he performed flawless in supervision of the re-roof, constant communication and following thru immediately on verbal commitments. Tyler gets 10 stars. I would highly recommend Elite Roofing and Tyler as a winning team.
