Fast and amazing service
We had some commercial repair work done on our building that had several leaks in heavy rain. The roof is about 23 years old and is a metal slanted roof. The estimate was reasonable for the amount of work needed and was completed in a timely manner. We did have a small leak a couple weeks later during another heavy rain but ELITE was out within a couple days to see to the issue and completed the repair. Shawn at Elite was awesome when he was giving me a quote for our roof. Super responsive. The recent storm caused there to be a leak in my son’s room. SCARCE RESPONSE. He sent someone over after WEEKS of me texting him daily. From there, the roofer he sent to me home took out nails that were improperly installed all behind the gutter and then sealed around the vent where it was leaking.
