I had phoned George after last hurricane and waited a few months for him to come out due to volume of business. When he finally arrived we discussed some issues that I was able to notice including the LR and fireplace and garage, as well as him inspecting attic and roof. He also informed me that he would repair/replace any loose or broken tiles. Even discussing the extra tiles I have available. I have been looking at my neighbor’s roof for MONTHS - the job was started without having the tiles to complete the job - but they didn’t tell him that until AFTER they had removed his existing tiles! It is an eyesore! Finish the job, Elite Roofing!
This company is not reliable or dependable. I had George, the owner, look at a roof leak in my garage about one month ago. He said to watch it and if it got worse to call him. It is much worse. I called him today, and he said he was too busy to help. I have lost all faith in this company. I would never hire Elite Roofing, again. This new leak, is in addition to numerous other problems with a recent repair that was poorly done, and took 3 separate attempts to finally get right!
Had our roof replaced by Elite Roofing and would highly recommend them. Service was excellent by all staff. They really care about doing a good job and our roof looks amazing.
Live in an HOA all homes built at same time and everybody is getting a new roof everyone wants to know who did mine looks the best and very professional done
