Dr. Chen is a scammer. His Doctor's office was in network but elite robotics wasn't. Sure you can say it was my fault for not checking, but you'd think that they'd warn you first and they are literally right next door to each other. They make you sign a bunch of papers while you're feeling vulnerable right before the surgery. On top of this, the surgery didn't cure me. Front desk staff and nurses are super sweet and helpful and definitely helped with my anxiety. However, there was a bunch of miscommunication between the staff and doctors. Also, my surgery seemed a bit off and after almost two months, I believe there are complications. I was referred here by Kaiser and will be following up to see what went wrong. But overall everyone was sweet to me which was a relief.
Great staff and very friendly but the Doctor Rafael L is very unprofessional and doesn't know how to talk to patients he's very rude and unprofessional he makes people feel horrible and is very racist towards Latinos he treated us like trash we left his office crying I definitely don't recommend this office some doctors shouldn't be practicing the profession of medicine and Doctor Rafael L is one of them horrible doctors that shouldn't be a doctor he needs his licence removed
The staff at this facility was awesome from check in to discharge. They kept my wife updated on me constantly , which was a big relief for her. I would highly recommend this surgery center. Thanks for so a great experience and follow up.
