I had a minor procedure there this morning. I cannot praise the staff & doctor more! They were amazing and listened to my needs and better yet, remembered them! Thank you for making me feel comfortable!
Dr. Chen is a scammer. His Doctor's office was in network but elite robotics wasn't. Sure you can say it was my fault for not checking, but you'd think that they'd warn you first and they are literally right next door to each other. They make you sign a bunch of papers while you're feeling vulnerable right before the surgery. On top of this, the surgery didn't cure me. Front desk staff and nurses are super sweet and helpful and definitely helped with my anxiety. However, there was a bunch of miscommunication between the staff and doctors. Also, my surgery seemed a bit off and after almost two months, I believe there are complications. I was referred here by Kaiser and will be following up to see what went wrong. But overall everyone was sweet to me which was a relief.
