Naz and his team were lovely to work with. They took our job, which was very tricky, fixing up a long neglected house with minimal damage. Naz communicated very clearly with us from the beginning and explained any variation in price. He was also very helpful to speak to about our options given the extent of the sinking, types of stumps, impact of soil type, roof, etc. I would recommend Naz and team to anyone.
Naz and Omar and the team at Elite levelled a section of our split-level home last month. Naz ran the level over the floor, explained the process and options and provided a quotation. Omar oversaw the work - stack and pack on a dozen or more stumps and three new stumps to strengthen the subfloor. The works were completed carefully and neatly and with ongoing consultation. The previous issues - plaster cracks and door jams were fixed. I am happy to recommend Elite Restumping and Underpinning
