My wife and I signed in 2009 thinking it was a week every yr (like other Timeshare companies operate). Once signing the papers were told it's a week every 3 years. When we signed we were told about Contractors Week a free week. However, if we wanted to rent it we would have to go through Resort Solutions. We did. The contract # was SC0517*****. The sales people for this group did not tell us up front that the company has no way of helping you get out of the ownership during hard times. Some people have financial difficulties that are unforeseen when purchasing and need to deed back the property. The company refuses to assist these people in any way. I had time shares with two other companies both of which offered exit plans when my financial status changed, but elite resort refused to listen.

We paid $958 for the tri-annual use of our points at Island Links Resort. On 2/12/20, we booked our son and pregnant daughter-in-law for the week beginning 3/15/20. Due to the burgeoning global pandemic, her obstetrician recommended they not travel, so on 3/12, I notified Island Links that they needed to cancel. what a great company to work with! I have owned many resorts through out the years and have seen all types customer service through that time. ERG has not only been fair but also resourceful in helping me make the best out of my ownership.
