Absolutely ridiculous renting criteria. My credit is over 700. Income 120k. Because I work for a nursing agency who 1099’s my income I needed THREE years of income history. They do not even require this for a house!!! As a professional I really haven’t felt degraded and judged like this in a long time. I have never not had a job just changed jobs due to insurance/ schedule with my kids. Worked at the 1099 job 1.5 years. Have a second job as well with w-2 nursing. Rude and ignorant, over the top. I currently have two properties with Elite and it couldn't be going smoother. Communication is key when it comes to property management. Joe's communication skills are spot on! I always know what is going on with the properties. When I reach out with questions or concerns, his response time is quick and he always follows up with an email.
