The team at Elite helped me make the right financial decision for my property. While that ultimately meant not renting out my home, I would absolutely use their services if I needed property management. It’s clear they’ve seen it all in this business and have streamlined their process to make being a landlord as straightforward as possible. Having been both a renter and a homeowner, I also appreciate that their philosophy is to both keep the landlord and the tenant satisfied, to create longer term success.

I currently have two properties with Elite and it couldn't be going smoother. Communication is key when it comes to property management. Joe's communication skills are spot on! I always know what is going on with the properties. When I reach out with questions or concerns, his response time is quick and he always follows up with an email.

This review is about the HOME not ELITE … don’t chew me out like everyone else. I’m saving any mama I can because the rent GREAT! so I get it. Just don’t rent 727 S Queen street #2. BATS regularly which my father removed each time, Squirrels in the house removed by my father 2 times and elite 2 times, Possums living in roof ripping off siding, centipede hell, leaks covered by spray paint, there’s a cicada killer nest somewhere so you’ll get those in the house in the hall mainly YAY! Joe and Elite are amazing partners to work with if you have a property that needs to be managed. We worked with them for 10 years and were always happy with them. He won't tell you what you want to hear, he'll tell you what you need to hear which is so important in this world. I can't recommend using them enough.
