My credit score was well within the required range at the time of screening, and I accurately reported it on the pre‑screening form. The real issue is the company’s process, which requires applicants to sign a lease within 24 hours of issuance before they complete the full background and credit checks. Great property management company. They’re very responsive and always quick to handle maintenance issues. The team is thorough and makes sure everything is taken care of properly. I’ve had a really positive experience working with them and would definitely recommend their services.
Absolutely ridiculous renting criteria. My credit is over 700. Income 120k. Because I work for a nursing agency who 1099’s my income I needed THREE years of income history. They do not even require this for a house!!! As a professional I really haven’t felt degraded and judged like this in a long time. I have never not had a job just changed jobs due to insurance/ schedule with my kids. Worked at the 1099 job 1.5 years. Have a second job as well with w-2 nursing. Rude and ignorant, over the top.
