Sometimes one can forget the gift of exercise, the freedom of movement, until one loses that freedom even in a small way. Recently I experienced a limitation of this gift, a limitation beyond my expertise. Along came Chrissy at Elite Performance and Rehabilitation in Montecito. In one visit she isolated the problem, eased my fears and put me back on the road to the aforementioned freedom. In need of skilled physical therapy? This is the place! Thank you Chrissy!!!
