EDIT April 8, 2026 I contacted this company last Thursday (4/2/2026) because my bathtub is cracked again after their repair last May. I spoke to Raymond who said he'd be able to come out on Monday, 4/6/26 at 10 a.m. to take a look. I still have not seen Raymond. He never called to say he wouldn't be coming and I've called twice and texted twice and have had no response. I am thoroughly disappointed in this company and their poor customer service! Raymond did an amazing job refurbishing 2 bath/tub units for me. Though we had some scheduling conflicts both jobs were pristine.
I just had my clawfoot tub refinished by Elite Refinishing. The entire process was positive. Raymond had great communication, was prompt and courteous. My tub was a more difficult job than originally anticipated. Raymond was not deterred. He worked very hard to do what was needed and did a beautiful job! I am extremely pleased with the final result, as well as his professionalism.
