I moved into this property on 11/24, and unfortunately, several repairs that were noted early on still have not been completed. The main issue isn’t just the delays, but the lack of consistent communication. Updates are minimal, follow-ups are slow, and I often have to reach out multiple times to get any response. While I understand that repairs can take time, especially with backordered parts, clearer communication and more proactive updates would make a big difference. This company is horrible! Calvin and the entire team are irresponsible and lack basic communication skills. Simple requests and updates take days, if not weeks to obtain. Please save yourself the hassle and do not work with this company. They charge entirely way too much for what they deliver!
Absolutely the worst experience. Calvin was “working” on getting my property rented. After more than 2 months he failed to even update the Zillow listing. 2 months I won’t get back id never recommend anyone I would have had better progress doing this myself.
