Terrible company. From my perspective, they do not care about their tenants, felt like they started treating us like we were enemies when we decided to move out. This company is a fraud , they will request you to the back ground check just to take your money ! For you landlords there are a bunch of better real state company that will do a better job and will actually rent or sale your places and won’t waste your time !!! Horrible staff. . Even though they run the entire market up here in Siskiyoucounty ...they won't call you and they will definitely take the money from you ,then ghost you 💯 , they are not there too help you and your family , they are sitting there in the lobby looking at you mean and judging you period. Very unfriendly and unwelcoming period worse ever front desk.. Sorry I never would of wrote a post if this business wasn't so rude and inconsiderate .
