Horrible staff. . Even though they run the entire market up here in Siskiyoucounty ...they won't call you and they will definitely take the money from you ,then ghost you 💯 , they are not there too help you and your family , they are sitting there in the lobby looking at you mean and judging you period. Very unfriendly and unwelcoming period worse ever front desk.. Sorry I never would of wrote a post if this business wasn't so rude and inconsiderate .
I've been renting from Elite Real Estate for just under 2 years and have had a great experience! The application process was straightforward, and move-in was a breeze. Any maintenance requests I've submitted have been handled quickly and professionally. The staff is always friendly and helpful, and they genuinely seem to care about their tenants. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a well-managed rental property!
As a property management company, I have seen this company be unprofessional as well as crossing legal lines. Would not trust or get involved. Drama. Could easily see them moving into legal troubles. They make intentionally deceiving contracts and don’t take care of their tenants not act in the best interest of property owners who hire them. STAY CLEAR!
If you want greedy hands to rip you off then definitely come here. Our septic tank has been open and leaking into the yard for 2 and a half months, and the first thing they did to deal with it was replacing our normal washer and dryer with coin operated machines instead of just fixing them. I don't intend to ever look at a property that's managed by these people again, and I suggest you don't even bother starting with them.
