Elite PM sucks to the heavens. Reviews don't lie. Don't rent from them, and don't let them manage your property. My list of issues is too long to list. First off, this hasn't been their address location in 7 years - what does that tell you ? RUN AWAY.
Drove an hour and a half 7 months pregnant to go look at property 1053 Audrey Dr located in Daytona beach ! I received a message at 6am SATURDAY morning with someone saying they could show me the property that very morning at 9am … I texted right back in excitement agreeing to be there . I arrived just as said . No one there. I called the number that texted me no one answers , and no replies to my messages . I’m renting from this company and their client at the moment.
Horrible rental property. I rented a condo and when they showed it to me they had all the sliders open so I did not realize the cigarette smell. Once my family moved into the condo it smelled awful. You could smell it on our clothes, my children’s backpacks, everything. I told the property manager and she said they were trying to get the smell out before we rented the condo.
