Whoever scheduled the appointment told me over the phone that they had an MRI and X-ray scheduled. Showed up there and only the MRI was scheduled. Apparently they thing people have an abundance of time to just waste going back and forth.
Usually i don't like to write reviews but its good to give a PSA about this. Out of your pocket $300.00 costs are cheaper than filing with your health insurance. I filed with my insurance since the office stated that the out of my pocket costs will be the same as the out of pocket/deductible insurance costs so their office gets my money and insurance money. The staff were so kind and sensitive.Kayla at the front desk was very happy and positive. I knew what to expect the whole time, and the tech (Ray) was so caring, making sure I was okay and showing genuine concern for my medical health. I really appreciated the level of sensitivity and care that I received.
