It was very profesional, staff was great even though I was running late they went ahead and took care of me. Helped me remove my earnings and all. They went the extra mile to assist me. Front office staff was great.
I brought my grandmother here for an MRI on her knees, and the experience was truly wonderful. The Technologist who helped us was incredibly compassionate, patient, and knowledgeable. He went out of his way to make my grandma feel calm and comfortable, which meant a lot to both of us. Honestly, one of the kindest and most professional people we’ve ever encountered in any medical setting. This has been my 2nd time at this facility and as usual it’s a clean establishment as well the staff was great very respectful, helpful, happy, and interacted well. Duluth locations one of the best!
