The receptionist Ms. Love was absolutely amazing. I arrived 2 and a half hours early, from another MRI location (Stockbridge) due to my claustrophobic issue. When I arrived, she knew my name, which not only made me smile, but made me comfortable as well. She offered me water, snacks and the use of a standup charger because my phone battery was low. The process of the (sit down) MRI went smooth and was over before i knew it. Thank You Ms. Love for the pleasant experience.
My wife and I had a fantastic experience here today. The "stand up" MRI was a marvel that made having the scan a vastly better experience versus a flatbed machine. For someone with spine issues, getting on and off a flatbed machine is excruciating, and inconsiderate rough handling by MRI techs makes it worse. All of the staff at Elite were awesome, but we want to extend a special thank you to the MRI tech that treated us with patience and kindness, and was so gentle helping my wife into and out of the machine.
Simone was absolutely the sweetest. She helped me during my MRI, because I was extremely nervous. Her reassurance helped me.
Semone did my MRI. She was very knowledgeable, patient and caring. There was no waiting time. I would recommend anyone.
Thus facility provides excellent service. Simone was very thorough and patient with me. She walked me through the process and made sure I was calm. I highly recommend them.
