Tim cons you into taking your application fees then doesn’t respond to your application status. Please do not trust this company. Currently disputing bank charges for app fees and reporting this company to Zillow and the BBB. EDIT: In response: I applied on the site and dealt with him directly. My request for updates on the application were unanswered. I hope he really needed that $40.
I hate writing negative reviews, but this place truly deserves it. I attempted to view and apply for a property they had available, but it took over a week until they finally reached out and offered to let me view it. I checked it out and loved it, so Tim said he would add it to the website where I could apply, leading me to believe I’d be the first person with the opportunity to apply.
