Been renting the same property for the past 5 years. Anil was great from the first day I met him. Honest, straight up and empathetic. He was an email or phone call away. Loved dealing with him!
I rented from elite property rentals for 13 months and had a very positive experience. My property manager Smit, was excellent- amazing communication and on top of following things up and ensuring a smooth rental period and end of lease when I moved out. Would definitely rent from elite again!
We gave our property for rental with them, no proper communication maintained through out, because of their delay in response with water leakage, our floor boards got damaged, after so much damaged happens they did the favour to tenants and they gave some of the money back to tenants, sick of calling them again and again to check what is going on, they don't bother about rental properties, wouldn't recommend to any house owners, please don't go with Elite
Smit Patel at Elite Property has been a fantastic property manager during my tenancy in Parkdale. I fell very ill and needed to move back to Ireland. This was a stressful tome for me but through the entire process Smit was so helpful, kind and understanding. He guided me through the process, even finding local gardeners and cleaning services etc. He finds the perfect balance of helping both the tenant and the landlord. I very much recommend Elite Property and Smit as a property manager.
Anil was always on top of everything ensure we were informed of any changes or repairs needed. Communicated with us at all times. We were living in a different state to where our investment. so Anil was our eyes and ears on the ground. Highly recommend Anil to manage your property
