Pros: Generally OK apartments in terms of quality. Maintenance people are nice. Cons: Rent is raised excessively per year to keep it "at the market rate" (Don't get into the real-estate business if you can't handle reasonable costs; you're selling standardized boxes, not luxury) Introduction of new monthly admin fee for account-keeping (Were you not keeping our accounts before, I asked. My experience with Elite has been nothing but positive. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
Cockroaches in their spring gardens units at minimum. I was assaulted by another neighbor after being harassed about a month. They tried to get me to move early, then wouldn't let me resign (thank god). 6m-1yr I was able to stave off roaches but alas they came. Thought I should owe them rent money w how many I saw there. Neighbors spoke of the same problems The rest who got to stay (many weren't resigned) seemed nice but EVERYONE but 1 family kept to themselves.
