Lived on Bridgewater Court off 18th for five years. There are cockroaches in these apartments they do not pay for any exterminators that’s in the lease because they know they have roaches. Recently moved they stole $400+ of my security deposit saying that they needed to replace the screen which clearly pictures I sent in show that the screen was already torn when I moved in.
