Pros: Generally OK apartments in terms of quality. Maintenance people are nice. Cons: Rent is raised excessively per year to keep it "at the market rate" (Don't get into the real-estate business if you can't handle reasonable costs; you're selling standardized boxes, not luxury) Introduction of new monthly admin fee for account-keeping (Were you not keeping our accounts before, I asked.
