The worst property management company I have ever worked with!!! They are not worthy of one gold star. Good luck waiting for a call back on any issues you have with your condo. Customer service is non-existent.
Have had multiple bad experiences with Elite. The latest, a loud noise coming from the utility room (where the furnace/hot water heater is) could be heard from my apartment. It took four calls to the "emergency" line before they would put me in contact with the "property manager." Who proceeded to accuse me of waiting too long to call (I called when I got home from work and heard the noise). And then got angry when I asked if I could turn off the furnace (its summer) so the noise would stop and I could go to bed. He sho... read more
