I fall in line with all the negative and down right discuss, most review writers have with Elite Property Management, especially the “Property Manager.” This “Half Witte” have very little, if any, customer service skills. You could not find a worse property management company. Karla Benjamin is one of the most rude, condescending individuals I have ever met in my life. Debbie Nesbit is even worse and was heard on a ring camera calling her property owners “f-ing as holes”. They are extremely ignorant when it comes to managing a property and clearly extremely uneducated.
