Not a fan of this place
"A fool and his money are soon parted" I regret moving out of my previous $625 a month top floor studio rental on 90th and national and coming here to pay $650. I've been here for a year and a half, the power has gone out at least 5 times, this building is old and the floorboards in the apartment above me are loose and so when the tenant above me walks around in their apartment I have to put on headphones or earplugs if I want to be able to have some peace and quiet, I'm tired of the sound of tenants living on the third floo... read more
Extremely poor communications! I am told to use our condo portal. No annual meeting minutes for 11/23. No board meeting minutes published until I complained in 6/24, and then they were published. Clearly not able to audit a board meeting because I don’t know where or when the meetings will be held. No calendar entries even though I have asked for the calendar to reflect basic meetings consistent with condominiums. Communications are rude. I would suggest and hope our board finds a new management company!
