Terrible. They constantly, overbearingly just text, never call. Tell them clearly you cannot keep up with texts, to call, and they still just continue to TEXT! Drag everything out day by day by day, but probably billed me like they were actually doing something already. Took too long to get anything started, don't set times, but say they will be there l, just to recieve another text that they would be there the following day. Elite Home Health care was great for the recovery from my ankle fusion. I couldnt have made so much progress without the staff of Mckenzie , Ashtin -pt and Dani-ot. They all helped so much . They were so kind and professional and got me where I needed to be after such a difficult surgery. Thank you.
Both physical therapists were great. Ashton spent the most time with me and got me in such great shape that I’ll only need to go to out-patient therapy for two weeks. I’d recommend Elite if you’re looking for professionalism.
I had a great experience working with Ashton from Elite Professionals after my knee replacement. I did in-home therapy, which made the process very convenient.
