Installed tint in my windshield, late afternoon. The next morning I noticed a deep scratch right in front of my view, looked like he may have scratched it with the razor he uses to cut the tint. Called him to let him know right away and he said bring it by. When I got there he said he had nothing to do with it, he didn't know how that could’ve happen, but it wasn’t anything he did (disregarded he uses a razor and only talked about using his squeegee).
