I’m genuinely surprised by the negative reviews because my experience has been nothing but positive. They are kind, caring, and honest when it comes to taxes. They’ve helped me get money back and have always been trustworthy. From the screenshots shared in one of the reviews, it’s clear that Jennifer is respectful and professional. I just want to say a big thank you for making my experience such a good one!
This company is run by two sisters in California but they advertise other services outside of what they post publicly. Alexandra Ganas Torrez is protecting her sister Jennifer Ganas who runs the agency with her. I reached out to get a refund for a service that was never delivered and I was blocked. After more research or the company and the services that were promised to me I learned that they were illegal anyway( CPNS).
