Called a few times, left 2 messages and then was left on hold forever because the woman didn't know either physician's availability and had to ask someone. She never returned so I hung up. I have had an amazing experience at Elite Primary Care Group! From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, professional and attentive. One of their employees even brought me water when I started coughing while waiting in the lobby. The office is clean, efficient, and well-organized. The doctors truly take the time to listen, explain everything clearly and make sure you feel comfortable and cared for.
