The fact that my partner has waited almost 12 MONTHS for simple paperwork to be sent to his insurance is INSANE. Insurance timely filing is almost out and every single time this office gives you the run around. Guess whose responsibility those denied claims become.....the patient! Not the office... I'm in healthcare, it's very simple to either fax or digitally submit necessary supporting clinical documentation. Hey, the post office still sells stamps in case it comes down to mailing out copies.
