Yesterday was my first visit to Elite Primary Care on Foothills, and I was very impressed. First, let me say the staff is AMAZING and the facility is extremely clean. From filling out the intake forms to collecting my deductible and explaining the process, everything was handled smoothly and professionally. By far the worse experience of care I have received. The communication of having x-rays and medication refill is a hassle and very stressful. Jerrika and staff can be rude when talking to them, I tried to give her a chance but as of now I'm going to look for another PCP.
