Elite Plumbing truck just blow thru stop signs. I question the quality of their work.
Horrible customer service.
Jake came out to repair a leaky water main coming into my house. 11 months later I noticed the main leaking in the same spot. I called Jake to tell him the issue and see if he could come repair it again. I was asked to call him back. That was the last time I ever spoke to him. After two voicemails and 6 phone calls trying to reach him, I have given up.
If you're looking for the BEST, your search is over! Jake and his team have worked on several things for us from a leak to installing a new tankless water heater and a water softener system with reverse osmosis, plumbed to our refrigerator too. His knowledge and expertise put me at ease as soon as I met him, he answered all my questions and I knew I wasn't being taken advantage of! Thanks Jake!
