It is a serious gym, owned and managed by women. Everyone is welcome, despite age, gender, size, shape, or ability. I have never been uncomfortable or felt unsafe in this locked facility. Everyone on staff is friendly and helpful.

This gym is OVERPRICED. They try to get you when you cancel membership and then you cancel and they charge your account so many late fees. It’s outrageous 60-70$ for a gym membership and doesn’t even have working AC. Crazy. DISAPPOINTED. Never again.

My experience with them was okay. The gym was small and I don’t feel like for the price it was worth it. I felt like it was a little too pricey for me.

Me and my boyfriend had complications trying to cancel our membership after reaching out multiple times with the email they have provided on their website and got no response back. I proceeded to go in and talk in person to was at the front desk and she had told me we had been emailing the wrong email. The email she had gave me was nowhere to be found on their website and when I called previously they told me to email the email address on their website which is not provided. Absolutely love this gym, reasonable price, open when I can actually go! I usually go after staff hours, but any time I talked to the staff they're very helpful!
