Me and my boyfriend had complications trying to cancel our membership after reaching out multiple times with the email they have provided on their website and got no response back. I proceeded to go in and talk in person to was at the front desk and she had told me we had been emailing the wrong email. Absolutely love this gym, reasonable price, open when I can actually go! I usually go after staff hours, but any time I talked to the staff they're very helpful!
Great gym but such an inconvenience when staffs are cleaning the restrooms during peak hours 6-8pm. Needing to wait 40+ mins just so I can use the bathroom to change or use it. Also, need more spray bottles.
Elite physique is top notch. Wonderful staff and all around good equipment. Way better than defined or chuze!
