So-called "Elite" Physical Therapy sucks! They don't give a **** about patient care: I had an appointment scheduled for an evaluation for PT for my foot (and yes, I had a referral from my podiatrist) which they cancelled at the last minute for no legitimate reason! I tried to call the corporate office to resolve this problem, but the receptionist did NOTHING to help resolve the problem, and refused to connect me to the owner or the Clinical Director.
