I started in a wheel chair and came out walking. I cannot say enough about the staff. Wonderful therapist and wonderful people. I would recommend Ryan, Mike, Amanda very highly! And Sam was terrific helping me get in when there was a cancellation!
We called a month ago and scheduled an appointment, everything went well at that point. We came in for our scheduled appointment and the first question we were asked was can he get out of the wheelchair on his own, our answer was no. At that point Sam, the woman who received us told us she would check with Charles because they don’t normally do our types of cases. Very professional crew from the staff to the therapist. I wish I would have known about them sooner. Ryan was my therapist very professional very knowledgeable did a great job on helping me get back on my feet. The office staff Miss Sam in particular was very thorough on getting me scheduled to fit my needs. 👍
