Unfortunately I had the same situation happen like everyone else. He seemed like a nice guy the draw went good. Then I called and texted him for an update and received no response and the labs never got my blood draw.

A guy who never introduced himself did blood draw under the name of Vibrant America. Lab never received my sample, lost, and he never answered phone again. At least they could process a refund.

Wish I would’ve taken a look at these reviews before having to spend over $1000 on lost test kits and bloodwork. Nothing sucks more than waiting over 12 hours of fasting just to be stood up by your phlebotomist!
