We used to LOVE bringing our other dog, a big huge golden retreiver, to Elite Pet Salon. However, over the past few years things have changed. The last time we brought our golden in, it took almost 6 hours to groom him and he was returned with his nails not trimmed and cotton still in his ears. I should have not returned, but unfortunately I did. Do NOT bring your pet here. You will regret it! They over charge for everything. The price you are quoted will not be the amount you pay out the door because of their up charges. The staff all seem like they don't want to work there. Please, go elsewhere.

Our policy is to always provide an estimate of charges at check in, and we always let our customers know that final price can only be established once the grooming process is complete. Our beloved dogs have gone to Candice for several years. They are the best in the harbor by far! My little Zoe can’t wait to get her hair done each time she visits.
