So far my experience with Elite Pest Management has been sad. They are the company used by my HOA. I scheduled an appointment with them to take care of wasps between mine and my neighbors yard and they only took care of the neighbors yard. Then I called them to take care of a new issue and they cancelled without calling. Then they said that they had cancelled due to the rain.
