I was referred to Elite Performance by AZ friends for my physical therapy after rotator cuff surgery. I was not disappointed. In fact, it was one of the best PT experiences I've had after 2 knee replacements and a hip replacement. Travis (Dr. Sellers) my PT was great to work with and my range of motion is now great and much of my strength has returned. His techs were also great! Wonderful, very friendly atmosphere.
