Amazing experience overall! I came in for extremely sore IT band, hamstrings, Abductors and hip flexors after training and weightlifting for three months without proper stretching, Paul was exceptional, attentive, and knew exactly how to fix my issues! After the first session, I felt so much better and by the second session one week later I was as good as new! His practice was very clean and well organized, and his rates were extremely competitive, I wouldn’t go anywhere else!
