This is a fantastic gym! Becky, my trainer, is highly skilled and knowledgeable, as well as kind, supportive and approachable. She really knows her stuff, teaches me proper form, and sets me up for success. I can’t say enough about her. Laura in the office is so helpful! Answered my 1000 questions with a smile. I have been at EPC for just over a month and I love this gym more than any other gym I have ever been too! I have been in many gyms over 25 years but this is the best facility ever! I’m so excited for every workout I get to do here! I’m training for Hyrox and my workouts are so seamless here!
