Awesome workout at EPC to try Hyrox for the first time! The facility is very impressive and wonderful coaching.
This is a fantastic gym! Becky, my trainer, is highly skilled and knowledgeable, as well as kind, supportive and approachable. She really knows her stuff, teaches me proper form, and sets me up for success. I can’t say enough about her. Laura in the office is so helpful! Answered my 1000 questions with a smile.
