This is THE BEST GROUP fitness gym in Mustang OK and surrounding towns! Kim and the other trainers are so kind, so educated, but also push you to be your best self! Highly recommend and I wish I lived closer or wish she would open in Yukon… :)
Kim is a excellent trainer. She goes above and beyond for the athletes she trains.
I love Kim! My son has loved the Speed and Agility Class, and it has really improved his speed and explosiveness.
Elite performance was an amazing experience for both our son and daughter. She helped developed them in their speed and agility and they became so much stronger and more confident.
