Had to cancel an appointment due to my son taking a nap. The lady said it was completely fine. And failed to mention it was going to be a $50 fee if I don’t reschedule in 4 hours. Called them today and they expect me to remember the rule from a year ago 🤣 after being a new mom. Wouldn’t do anything for me. Sorry but your staff should mention that fee and understand toddlers nap and sometimes their nap time changes. They are just wanting money.
Do not take your child here!! Took my newborn in for his very first checkup with severe congestion. I expressed my concerns to Duval about it and was completely blown off and told “he’ll be fine, it will pass” than ended up in the er that same night because my baby couldn’t breathe from the congestion. Duval is a terrible doctor that clearly just wants you in and out of his office so he can get his paycheck
