They did a great job on our large driveway. However, when we received An amail that our job was scheduled, the time and date were not included in that e mail so I had to call their office only to be told that I need to access the "customer portal " to see that. There was no link in the email to a "customer portal ". I was informed that to get to that portal, it was in the email that the estimate was sent from which was a different system that the scheduling email was sent from. I hired Elite to repair my asphalt driveway with an overlay. My house and yard looked great but the old asphalt drive really detracted from the entire scene. Weeds were growing up through cracks and prior coating jobs were flaking off. The Elite representative came out, examined the project and sent me an estimate.
