They fixed my dents and gave me a reasonable estimate. I went to other body shops and this one was the most do able body shop. Car done in an hour, working with me to get the rest done a little a time.
I had a very disappointing experience with this paint and body shop. Communication was poor throughout the process, and I had to repeatedly call for updates. The repair took much longer than originally promised, and when I picked up my vehicle, the paint quality did not meet my expectations. There were noticeable imperfections that should have been addressed before delivery. I gave the shop an opportunity to correct the issues, but I was not satisfied with the response. The owner and their team provided excellent communication and took care of everything efficiently and professionally. I was in a tight time frame, and the owner even personally drove to get the necessary parts. Their true hospitality and excellent customer service deserved a 5-star review. Shoutout to the office manager who kept me updated on every step, which was greatly appreciated. I highly recommend this place and would definitely use them again.
