Saw Dr Booth one time. We made plans for a procedure, psych test, and nerve injection. Have not heard anything from the office since and it’s been almost FIVE months. I have called the office three times, left messages two of those and spoke to an actual person the last time I called. Still waiting. I had high hopes with Dr Booth, but I’m getting more and more disappointed.
Thanks for getting back to me and taking care of my issue in a timely manner, I'm feeling great since the procedure, sometimes things slip through the cracks but I'm very pleased how you handle it. Thank you!!!
