I was trying to establish care at Elite Pain & Health. I waited in a room for 3 hours. Then I was informed by Dr. Booth’s staff he is no longer taking BCBS because he doesn’t make money on the urine drug screens from BCBS. I left and never got to see Dr. Booth!
I went to see Dr. Booth for knee issues, and the entire experience has been outstanding from start to finish. The customer service, hospitality, and my PRP treatment were all top-tier. Lindsey and Elizabeth go above and beyond every visit—extremely informative, professional, and genuinely helpful. They make the whole process smooth and comfortable. I’m very grateful for the care I’ve received and will definitely be referring all my friends and family. Highly recommend!
Dr. Booth is an incredible doctor. He’s patient, attentive, and truly takes the time to listen and explain everything clearly. I never feel rushed during appointments, and he makes sure all my questions are answered. You can tell he genuinely cares about his patients and their well-being. The staff is also friendly and helpful, which makes the whole experience even better. Highly recommend Dr. Booth!
So glad I found this place! They really listened to my concerns, were very compassionate, and provided many different treatment options.
Dr. Booth has difficulty interpreting non-verbal cues like gestures, facial expressions, and body language.It is challenging for him to start and maintain a conversation; they are always one-sided and long-winded.HE LACKS EMPATHY and struggles to understand other people's feelings and perspectives! He is no longer willing to see his own established patients. His primary interest is not medicine, it is artificial intelligence.
